ABOUT THE ARTIST

Letife Kassin Nahmad is a multidisciplinary artist, psychologist, and independent researcher working at the intersection of art, metacognition, cognitive architecture, and human–AI interaction. Her work explores how perception, time, consciousness, and inner structure shape human experience and creative expression.

Through painting, writing, and conceptual research, she transforms complex cognitive and emotional structures into visual spaces of reflection. Her artistic language investigates themes such as Kairos and Chronos, cognitive resonance, illusion of understanding, memory, and the architecture of clarity.

With over 27 years of experience in cognitive and behavioral psychology, her work bridges neuroscience, philosophy, symbolic thought, and contemporary visual expression. Rather than treating art as representation alone, she approaches it as a living architecture of perception — where thought becomes texture, rhythm, tension, and form.

Based between Mexico and Italy, she continues developing an interdisciplinary body of work that integrates contemporary art, cognition, and reflective human experience.
